Spooners provide a professional inventory, check in and check out service for the benefit of landlords, letting agents and tenants, within the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and New Forest area of Dorset.
An Energy Performance Certification service is also available.
The Inventory Service includes:
A visit to the property to undertake a full interior and exterior Condition and Contents Schedule, the preparation and presentation of an accurate and professionally presented document, the document to include digitally-embedded photographic records as appropriate, two bound hard copy reports supplied by post or hand, a PDF copy sent within 24 hours, meter readings recorded and photographed, signatures obtained for the declaration, amendments, utilities and keys as appropriate.
