With over 35 commercial years as both a trainer and chef, Susan excels at organising, planning, instructing and delegating. Eager to pass on her knowledge of hygiene, nutrition, food preparation, purchasing and running a commercial restaurant business, Susan loves to demonstrate, participate and motivate.
